The Train

Everybody listen to me. I have control of the train, and I'm going to make it crash.

The train is an exciting, interactive and communication-rich roleplaying activity for English language classes (level A2-B1+). Students role-play passengers on a thrilling long-distance train journey, complete with nature and city sightseeing as well as a nail-biting crisis at the end. This ExLT adventure comes with teaching notes and a full powerpoint presentation complete with animations and sound effects that guide students through the roleplay. The activity has been designed to be run both in face-to-face classrooms or in live online classes where the teacher can share their screen.
